On behalf of the Steering Committee overseeing the development of the 10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness in the Cape Fear Region we thank you for visiting our website and taking an interest in the complex issue of ending chronic homelessness in our region.

We are pleased to report that during the development of the 10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness we received support from a diverse group of community stakeholders. Representatives from local government, public agencies, non-profit service providers, businesses, education, homeless individuals, citizens, and the faith-based community came together to provide input and share ideas and strategies for addressing this complex community issue.

However, our work is not done. As we move forward with implementing this Plan and forging ahead with our goal of ending chronic homelessness in 10 years, we invite you to join us in our efforts. Please take a few minutes to review our website and learn more about what is already being done and how you can get involved.
