Please read and follow the instructions for all bids.  North Carolina law does not allow the City of Wilmington to accept sealed bids via the Internet at this time.

When specifications are available on-line, you must print a copy of the Bid Invitation, fill it out and deliver or mail it to the Purchasing Division. Do not attempt to fill out the Bid Invitation on-line, as the formatting will not support it. Changes to the Bid Invitation may occur prior to the bid opening. If you intend to submit a bid, it is important you contact the Purchasing office at 910-341-7830 and be added to the list of bidders who have received bid documents and to receive any addenda that may be issued.  You may also notify us by email to  Barbara Jackson or Daryle Parker.
