The Purchasing Division is located on the 2nd Floor of the City/County Administration Building at 320 Chestnut Street.  The Purchasing Division is responsible for procuring all materials, supplies, equipment, services, construction and professional services for all departments.  Current bid opportunities (Current Bids) and Surplus Property (Real & Personal) are posted on this website and are also shown on GTV channel 8.  A list of surplus real property can be viewed at Current Bids screen.
