Most of our work is service based and so an emphasis on customer or client support remains at the heart of the department.

The Information Technology Department is committed to the Strategic Business Plan ideals as envisioned by the City Manager and Office of Budget and Research. Our commitment goes beyond our departmental responsibilities and includes ongoing support to use technology and information to fulfill our City Strategic Plan and each department’s business plans.

IT has 16 employees represented in the following divisions-

• Technical Services
• Client Services
• Application Support
• Training
• Help Desk
