The Wilmington Police Department's stellar basketball team, under the leadership of Sgt. Kelvin Hargrove, took on the staff of the Community Boys and Girls Club on December 18. The game was a benefit for the Club. The price of admission for the game was a new, unwrapped toy.

Fun was had by all and the benefit will help Santa Claus make Christmas happy this year for many local children.

The game was played in the gym at the Community Boys and Girls Club, located at 901 Nixon Street.
