N. 4th St. closed thru Aug. 27

The intersection of 4th and Grace streets - which was to have re-opened Friday afternoon - will remain closed through Monday, August 27 due to inclement weather. 

Crews performed underground utility work related to the N. 3rd Street improvement project. The intersection had been closed since Thursday morning. Traffic is being detoured away from 4th Street between Chestnut and Walnut streets.
