Update on N 3rd Street

More old utility poles are being removed this week from North 3rd Street as part of the improvement project that includes placing electrical power lines underground. North Third Street north up to Princess Street opened back up to four-lane traffic on December 20.

Installation of new traffic light poles, crosswalks and street lights are some of the finishing touches wrapping up this month.
