The intersection of Walnut and Front streets reopened on Mar. 6 - one month ahead of schedule - following the completion of a stormwater project along Walnut Street. The project began on Jan. 2, 2013.
Work involved replacing underground drainage systems to protect Front Street from cave-ins that can occur during heavy rains. Crosswalks will be added during the week of March 11.
