Looking for some fun this spring? Sign your child up for the city's youth T-ball baseball league!
The city is looking for boys and girls ages 5 - 7 years old as of January 1, 2009 for a T-ball league. Practices begin April 20, and games will take place Monday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning on May 4.
Registration is required and runs from April 13 - 29 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, located at 401 S. 8th Street. Each player must submit a completed registration form with a copy of their birth certificate.
The cost is $30 per participant and must be paid upon registration.
