The City of Wilmington’s Recreation Division is is hosting its annual Pooch Plunge at Legion Stadium September 6 – 10. The cost is $5 per dog and proceeds benefit the Wilmington Dog Park Committee. Sorry, no humans will be allowed in the pool!
