The City of Wilmington now offers you several ways to pay your City Water Bill.

Application for Utility Services

• PAY ONLINE with your credit or debit card via our billing partner Official Payments. Note: Credit Card payments must be made 48 hours prior to your payment due date. You will be charged a convenience fee for each payment you make.
• Pay in person with check or cash by visiting our office at 305 Chestnut St
  
• Pay by phone by calling 1-800-272-9829. The jurisdiction code is 4378.
  
• Pay by mail, using your monthly statement. Mail to:

• Pay by automated bank draft (checking or savings)
  
• After hours despository is available at 305 Chestnut St
