An appeal must be received within 20 days of ticket issuance date.

Appeals will be reviewed and a response will be mailed back within 5 – 7 days.

An appeal form  can be picked up at the Park Wilmington office or can be requested by calling the Park Wilmington office. 
 

The following are not valid reasons for an appeal:

• Lack of knowledge of the City’s parking regulations
• Appointment conflicts or tardiness going or returning from appointments
• Inability to find a legal parking space
• Failure to have appropriate or sufficient amount of coins.
