- between Chestnut and Princess streets
- Market and 2nd streets
Daily Parking:
- $1 / hour, $8 maximum, FIRST 60 MINUTES FREE
- Fees are collected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Upon entry Thursday-Saturday, After 9pm: $5 / flat
- Lost ticket fee: $8
Monthly Parking:
- Covered: $45
- Card Replacement Fee: $10
- Card Reactivation Fee: $5
- Market St. Deck Rooftop: $30
- Reserved Space: $70
Event Parking:
- Thursday-Saturday after 9 pm (pay upon entry): $5
- Azalea Festival, Riverfest, July 4th, and New Year's Eve: $7
Validation Stamps:
Businesses can purchase a book of validation stamps to validate customers' parking.
Simply affix one self-adhesive stamp for each hour needed ( minus the FIRST 60 MINUTES FREE) to customer's deck ticket so they may present it to the booth attendant upon exiting the deck.
