• On the corner of North Water Street and Estell Lee Drive (entrance), neighboring the Wilmington Convention Center
• Contains 580+ parking spaces

Daily Parking:

• $2 / first hour, $1/ hour therafter
• $8 daily maximum  
• Wilmington Convention Center Deck will be charging 24/7, unless otherwise posted

Monthly Parking:

• Restricted Rate: $45
• Card Replacement Fee: $10
• Card Reactivation Fee: $5  

Special Event Parking:

• 7AM to 7 AM: $8 daily
