Non-profit organizations, housing developers and other organizations receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program and General Funds from the City of Wilmington. These agencies work in partnership with the City to address community needs and provide services to enhance the qualtiy of life for citizens.
