Special Events & Street Closures
  • $35.00 fee for each street closure
  • Includes two (2) barricades (additional barricades will be provided at a cost of $10 each) 
  • Submit application 30 days in advance of event
  • You will then be notified if/when application has been approved and what additional steps you may need to take
  • If your permit is approved, you will need to pay and pick up your permit

Riverfront Park Permits
  • Located on the Cape Fear River in the 00 block of N. Water Street
  • Park is used for festivals and other events throughout the year
  • Annual permits are available for those wishing to sell or perform
  • One-time permits are available for special events and activities
