This phase of the Gary Shell Cross-City Trail includes a ¾-mile section of the trail that runs through Autumn Hall, connecting the College Acres neighborhood with Eastwood Road. The project cost $435,000.  Half of which was funded by the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund. Property for the trail was provided in a gratuitous easement by the Trask family.
