How Does The Program Work?

• Fill out and return this form City staff will work with you to choose and plant your tree as close to your preferred location as possible
• Trees will be planted during fall and winter months
• Please feel free to plan a site visit or hold a private dedication ceremony once your tree has been planted
• General tree maintenance will be handled by the City of Wilmington Tree Management Division
