Phase 1 includes:
  • 32 acres of recreational space
  • 5 lighted softball/baseball  fields
  • 1 restroom/concession building
  • 1 restroom/vending building
  • 1 picnic shelter
  • Roads & parking lots (248 spaces),
  • Water & sewer utilities, drainage, landscaping and irrigation
  • Kiwanis Playground ‐ funded 50% by the Kiwanis Organization.

Location

Olsen Park is a joint City/County project funded by the 2006 Parks and Greenspace Bond. The park is located off Murrayville Road near the intersection of North College Road in Wilmington and is easily accessible from I-40.
