If you have any difficulty with the online or downloadable application form, please call the City Clerk's office at (910) 341-7816 or email the City Clerk, Penelope Spicer-Sidbury.

Applications will be kept on file in the City Clerk's office for two (2) years and will be considered by Council's Appointments Committee during the review process in making appointment recommendations to the entire Council.
