The mission of the Community Services Department is to provide quality of life services to the citizens of Wilmington through:

These services allow citizens to receive the benefits and rewards of neighborhood vitality, while protecting and conserving the natural resources and environmental quality of our community.Three divisions work to fulfill this overall mission.
