The Sherriedale Morgan Boxing & Physical Fitness Center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, stairmasters along with personal and group training and a variety of classes. We have various heavy and double end bags available for you to use as well as a speed bag platform for you to hang your own speedbag. Please bring your own handwraps and boxing gloves with you when you want to use our boxing equipment.

We do not allow kicking of our bags or sparring at this gym.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday and Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Regular Membership Fees (annual)

  • City Residents: $52/year
  • Non-City Residents: $86/year

All classes are included with membership fees.
