The Subdivision Review Board (SRB) provides a public forum for staff review of the subdivision of land and infrastructure improvements to ensure compliance with City development regulations and to protect the public's safety and welfare.
The SRB only considers if the project meets or exceeds the requirements of Chaper 18 of the City Code entitled Subdivision Regulations and the requirements of the City's Technical Standards and Specifications Manual.
The SRB does not consider the housing type, cost of the proposed unit, occupants, building material, unit size, number of bedrooms, or the architectural design of the structures.
