The Technical Review Committee (TRC) works with local developers and the planning department to ensure development plans and activities meet required technical standards for the City of Wilmington.
There is a 2-week turnaround for TRC submission and review. Please see the TRC submission deadline/meeting schedule.
Deadline submission dates are each Wednesday by 1:00 p.m. and can be expected to be reviewed the following 3rd Thursday. The applicant is required to submit 10 copies of the site plan and a CD of the site plan at the time of submission. Requirements vary for other submissions.
Potential applicants can also choose to appear for a Concept Plan Review.
