The Engineering division of Development Services provides civil engineering and related technical services including surveying, design, and construction administration of capital projects; administers the City’s Subdivision Regulations and Storm Water ordinance.  Some projects are contracted out to consultants, while some are prepared in-house.

Engineering consists of three sections:  Capital Projects, Construction Management, and Plan Review.
