New traffic signals on N 3rd

New traffic signals are being activated on North 3rd Street. As part of the North 3rd Street Improvement Project, the old wire-hung traffic signals have been replaced at the Market and Princess Street intersections. The new signals are hung on black mast arm poles, as all of the above-ground wires and wooden poles are being removed.

The old streetname signs are also being replaced with new blue signs. Activation of the new traffic signals and removal of the old poles will continue all the way to Campbell Street in the coming days.
