||The Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization (WMPO) is seeking the public's input to help develop a long-term plan called Cape Fear Transportation 2040.
The plan will be used by federal, state and local governments to guide transportation projects in our region over the next 25 years and is a requirement to secure federal transportation funds for our region. The current transportation plan, Cape Fear Commutes 2035, will expire in December 2015.
Planners are conducting a 16-question survey about transportation issues and services in the greater Wilmington area and are seeking the public's input. The results will be used to help determine how we should invest in transportation facilities for the next 25+ years.
Take the survey.
