Citizens are asked to respond to a survey to get input about what the area’s unified identity should be to act as a driver for future economic development efforts. This follows on the heels of a survey recently conducted by an economic development consultant working with the City of Wilmington and New Hanover County seeking public input on perceptions of the area’s business climate.
Now, UNCW’s Office of Community Partnerships
and the Cameron School of Business
have launched a survey to collect insights from area residents as part of an effort to identify a regional unified “brand” that can be used to market the area for economic development opportunities.
Residents of New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties are asked to respond to the short survey by Nov. 26. The survey can be found here.
UNCW's announcement with more details about the survey can be found here.
