Work to stabilize the retaining wall of the Riverwalk at the Orange Street Landing began on Tuesday, March 4. While the Riverwalk will remain open, the access point at Orange Street will be closed during the project. When complete, the crews will move to the foot of Ann Street to stabilize that retaining wall. The Ann Street phase will take about 60 days to complete. Water street and the Riverwalk will remain open during both of these projects.
This project is funded through the 5-Year Improvement Plan
and is expected to be complete at the beginning of April 2014.
