The City of Wilmington will hold its seventh neighborhood outreach meeting on Thursday, Feb. 20 for residents of the Carolina Place/Ardmore area. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of New Hanover High School, located at 1307 Market St.

About 50 people braved the cold to attend the Neighborhood Planning Area meeting at St. Andrew’s On-the-Sound on Jan. 22. Residents shared what they love about their neighborhoods, what they’d like to change, and their big ideas for the future of the area.

The city will hold its next neighborhood outreach meeting on Nov. 21 to get input from citizens about what they like and don’t like about their neighborhoods, as well as what they want to keep and what they want to change. The meeting will be held for residents of the Pine Valley area at 6:30 p.m. at Pine Valley Elementary School.
