First neighborhood meeting

The city held the first of 12 neighborhood outreach meetings for the Sunset Park/Woodlawn area on Oct. 17. More than 40 participants turned out to help define their community and tell the city what they liked, didn't like and wanted to see in the future.

New "smart" meters installed

New "smart" meters were installed on several city streets recently. The new meters feature a lit screen that displays parking rates, hours, time limits and other information.

WPD takes steps to combat recent crime
