The Plan Review section of Engineering provides general engineering support to the current Planning Division.  This is done via the following:

• General engineering Review of Site Plans. The site plans are part of the application for new developments or redevelopments in the City.
• Administration of the Storm Water Management Ordinance
• Review public water distribution extensions, and sanitary sewer main extensions that are part of new developments.

Plan Review is also involved in official acceptance of public facilities post construction (streets, water mains, drainage,...etc.), as well as providing input to the UDO process.  We work closely  with Storm Water Services, Utility Services, and Public Utilities.
