The Construction Management Section:

• Oversees improvements to Wilmington’s transportation network, public buildings and facilities, and storm water infrastructure. 
• Administers many of the public contracts from award to final completion
• Supports capital project planning and design
• Inspects private sector development and capital projects
• Responds to citizens’ concerns regarding work in progress
