The City of Wilmington Streets Division is responsible for the repair of all street cuts on city roadways made by utility companies (gas, power, cable, CFPUA, and Stormwater). The repair of utility cuts made by private contractors on city streets is the responsibility of the contractor.

Fees:
$325 - per utility cut on all city streets
$68 - per square yard for brick street removal and repair
$225 - Standard pavement restoration fee. To be coordinated with City Streets Division.
