Household Hazardous Waste will be accepted six days a week at the New Hanover County Environmental Management office!

Beginning May 15th, New Hanover County's Environmental Management department will accept household hazardous waste materials six days a week - Bring your car batteries, fertilizer, electronics and other hazardous waste materials to the New Hanover County Environmental Management Office located at 3002 Hwy 421 N Wilmington 28401.  Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm and Saturday 8am-noon.  Call 910-798-4400 for more information.  For  a full list of accepted items, click here.

Run, Ride and Roll - Saturday, June 1st
