Senior Fit Class

Free Fitness class for ages 50/up

Ages:  50/up    Cost: FREE .

Senior Fit is a low impact whole body workout. We focus on lifting weights, balance exercises, functional training, and some low impact cardio. Every exercise can be modified to tailor the workout for each individuals needs. 

Pre-registration is  required.  Register online or call 341.0096 to register.
