After School Program

Ages:  elementary school kids   Cost:  $25/month  (Fee assistance is available)

Program includes homework assistance, arts/crafts, sports activities and more.  We pick up from Rachel Freeman Elementary & College Park Elementary.  We also accept a limited number of students that are dropped off.   Completion of registration packet is required.  Space is limited.

Senior Fit Class

Class is offered on Thursdays at 10 am. 

Senior Fit is a low impact whole body workout.  We focus on lifting weights, balance exercises, functional training, and some low impact cardio.   Every exercise can be modified to tailor  the workout for each individuals needs.   Register in person at Maides Park or call 341.7867.
