Combat the negative effects of sitting

Begins Sept 16th through October 25th

Mon/Wed/Fri 5:15 pm-6:0 0pm

In this class we will combat the negative effects of sitting for prolonged periods of time. If you have a desk job, spend a lot of time in the car, or maybe too much Netflix binging, this class will help you. Strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and upper back. Loosen your hip flexors and pecs.

Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline- Sept. 11th

12 participants maximum

Ages 14+

Program is free for members of the Fitness Center. Non-members may register but then purchase a membership.
