Painting With Yoga

This is a 45-minute Mess-Free Yoga class where you paint on pieces of paper placed over your mat with your choice of paint colors than we lay a clear plastic mat over top of it and as you move on your mat throughout the yoga class you create a unique piece of art.

Use your body as a paintbrush to create a mess-free painting on your yoga mat. Think advanced finger-painting, without the mess and the stress! This 45 minute Special Event Yoga Class will have you blending your body movements with your creative mind.

Dress to work out and bring your own yoga mat. The class is taught outside.


About the Center

The Sherriedale Morgan Boxing & Physical Fitness Center offers free weights, universal equipment, treadmills, stationary bikes, stairmasters along with personal and group training and a variety of classes. We have various heavy and double end bags available for you to use as well as a speed bag platform for you to hang your own speedbag. Please bring your own handwraps and boxing gloves with you when you want to use our boxing equipment.

We do not allow kicking of our bags or sparring at this gym.

Combat the negative effects of sitting

Begins Sept 16th through October 25th

In this class we will combat the negative effects of sitting for prolonged periods of time. If you have a desk job, spend a lot of time in the car, or maybe too much Netflix binging, this class will help you. Strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and upper back. Loosen your hip flexors and pecs.

Pre-registration is required. Registration deadline- Sept. 11th

12 participants maximum

Ages 14+

Program is free for members of the Fitness Center. Non-members may register but then purchase a membership.
