Funding for Programs and Projects for low-to-moderate individuals, households, and neighborhoods

Non-profits and other community organizations seeking funds to support programs that serve low-to-moderate income persons, households and neighborhoods within the City limits may be interested in applying for funding through the City of Wilmington Competitive Agency Process.  

Programs addressing youth violence, youth intervention, after-school programs, elderly services, homeless services and shelter, education, adult literacy, victims of violence and abuse, disabled persons and others are eligible to apply.  

Interested applicants must attend a MANDATORY WORKSHOP on November 15, 2017 at 9:30 am until 11:00am at the Harrelson Conference Room located on the 5th floor of the CresCom Bank/Harrelson Building at 115 N. 3rd Street.   Email or call Dawn Coleman to rsvp  at or 910-341-7836.
