Public Comment Period on the City’s



for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Programs

and a

Public Hearing

Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.

                                          at the Wilmington Convention Center

The Public Comment Period and Public Hearing is an opportunity for the citizens of Wilmington to comment on the plans noted above.  The 30 day Public Comment Period will begin on April 8, 2020 and ends May 8, 2020.  For more information and to access a copy of the plan please visit


Please note that while the meeting is officially open to the public, the City is limiting public gatherings due to COVID-19.  As such, you can submit comments electronically to be entered into the public record for the public hearing.  Comments can be emailed to no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2020.


Also, citizens who would like to comment during the Public Comment Period can do so by email to no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2020.
