The City of Wilmington currently has a noise ordinance to regulate excessive noise that can be detrimental to neighborhoods. In an effort to make the noise ordinance simpler to understand and ensure that it is fair to all parties, the city is considering some minor changes to the ordinance.
The City Attorney's office presented a draft ordinance to Council on Monday, July 15. You can see the slides and view the draft ordinance below. You can listen to the full presentation here.
