Thank you for your interest in our Built to Last program.   

This program will help you live, move and feel better by improving your strength and technique on five basic human movements. This will be done through a blend of weight training and bodyweight training.

Dates:   Monday, April 22 - Friday, May 31  5:15 pm - 6 pm
The classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:15 pm - 6 pm
