Thank you for your interest in the Barre Workshop
This is a one day interactive seminar that introduces members/perspective members to a trendy low or no-impact body-changing workout that is both appealing and approachable for all fitness levels. Barre focuses on functional movements, full range of motion and alignment. Participants will learn and experience an improved body awareness, balance, core awareness, cardio-respiratory fitness and an ability to maintain posture while moving in life (i.e. walking, sitting, standing etc.)
This seminar is interactive and participants should dress appropriately. There will be talking points along with a quick 20 minute Barre style workout.
