The Technical Review Committee (TRC) works with local developers and the Planning Division to ensure development plans and activities meet required technical standards for the City of Wilmington. 

There is a 2-week turnaround for TRC submission and review. Please see the TRC submission deadline/meeting schedule below.

Deadline submission dates are each Wednesday by 1:00 p.m. Applicants can expect their plans to be reviewed the 3rd Thursday following their submission. Applicants are required to submit 5 paper copies and a digital copy (TIFF or PDF) of the proposed site plan(s) at the time of submission. Requirements vary for other submissions.

Potential applicants can also choose to appear for a Concept Plan Review.
