Water & Sewer Issues

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) provides water and sewer services for the residents of the City of Wilmington and New Hanover County. The City of Wilmington does not provide these services. Please contact the following numbers relating to water and sewer issues.

• Services 31,000 residential trash customers
• Collects more than 7,000 tons of recycling
• Sweeps more than 13,000 miles of streets
