The City of Wilmington is launching a mulch giveaway program to distribute excess wood chips generated from urban forestry operations to the general public. The events are scheduled for the last Friday of each month, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, please contact the Parks and Forestry office at 910-341-7852.
