All new permit applications within the City must be made through the Development & Permitting Services (DPS) platform. A Getting Started guide is provided to assist with new log-ins, tracking applications, and invoices.
The Engineering Department provides Plan Review, Traffic Engineering, Design, Project Management, Survey, Inspection, and Right-of-Way Permit services. Engineering is involved in many of the City's infrastructure improvements, plus private development and public Right-of-Way issues.
