The City of Wilmington implements and collaborates on grant projects with the aim of improving water quality. Grant projects help the city install "stormwater solutions" or Best Management Practices such as rain gardens, cisterns, pervious pavement, and bioretention areas on public and private property, as well as conduct stormwater outreach and education.
