Join us on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 2 p.m. as we celebrate the grand opening of the Wilmington Fire Department's newest fire station at Riverlights. The event will include remarks from leaders and project partners and a ceremonial uncoupling of the fire hose to signify the grand opening. That will be followed by a short engine roll-in ceremony for the new Engine 6, which is housed at Station 6.
An Open House will follow with tours of the new station and a chance to meet your neighborhood firefighters!
Please note: Parking is limited on site and we encourage visitors to carpool and/or park at nearby Marina Village and walk over.
